Polish & Dutch districts
I'll be brief - at times it seems there is more non-english than english in the euro english districts, i'm sure it wouldn't hurt to add a couple more

Maybe you are right - CD Projekt - polish publisher has recently announced that they are going to take care of GW translation into polish language. In addition, polish districts should appear. They said, that they will finish translating at the end of this year...

I speak dutch myself, and I don't see alot of dutch in districts, more other language ( suomi, magyar?, etc. )
I don't think dutchies would mind there is no dis for them..
Maybe make Non-English districts.
P.S. maybe keep those with home districts ( French, German, Italian and Spanish ) , in their home districts, or let them speak english...I can get irritated if I see 50 people speaking french in english districts :/
My 2 cents

The Dutch and Flemish (Dutch part of Belgium) are a too small community to make districts for. Also, they're usually not the ones talking another language in the English District. People who speak Dutch generaly speak English as good as counties with English as a native language.
They also make Districts for the languages they translated the game into. I for one would not want to see Rurik speak Dutch, he's dorky enough as he is.
"Bij Balthasar z'n baard, Rin brandt" <_<
It's the reason I didn't buy Burnout: Revenge, it didn't come with the option to set the langauge to English.
A Polish district would be nice, since I've noticed they usually don't bother talking English outside of outposts. Not generalising, but from my own experience.
However, do note that even though there are Spanish and Italian districts, they're in the English districts as well since theirs are empty.

Awsome, maybe my cousins will get it then, plus if I play in polish it might help me finally learn how to read and write in polish.
I speak pretty well, but I've moved out so long ago, that I'm begining to forget polish.
Any way,
Long live Poland!
